It was just a balanced option for a quick weekend visit in Axminster with attractive and competitive value for money. The room looked clean and nice despite the issues we had with finding it. Make sure to get the key from Greggs before arriving.

The bed was clean and comfortable. I traveled over two hours to stay overnight and was relieved to find that much.

our stay at the a35 pit stop rooms was great! the chalet style rooms were well decorated, clean, and spacious. we loved the large bathroom and the well-stocked tea and coffee tray....

Simple and Convenient Stay

This place is a solid choice if you need a spot near Seaton. Super close to a bus stop and not far from the train station. Room was basic but comfy, and I appreciate the parking right outside. We grabbed some grub nearby. the jacket potato was really good! Just wished the room had a bit more charm.

The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The hot water took a long time to come through in the bathroom.

Perfect for a quick stopover

Needed a simple place while driving back from Exeter to Portsmouth and this was spot on. The room was cozy and clean, and honestly, £39 with breakfast is a steal. Had some trouble with the TV and shower, but no biggie. Would def stay again!

Finding the property is a nightmare!!! No clear signage, and I had to wander around to figure out where to check-in. The bathroom in room 5 could use immediate attention due to a terrible smell!!! This needs urgent refurbishment to be enjoyable.
